Your first year's output is guaranteed
If your system generates less than its official MCS production estimate, you're covered in full, on the rare chance it's ever needed.
Small print: Your deposit and our 10-year workmanship guarantee are insured through the IWA. Manufacturer faults, your bill savings, and an obvious mistake in the written estimate itself are not covered. Full terms in your contract.

- Section 75 protection: paying over £100 on a credit card makes your card provider jointly liable with us.
- 14-day cooling-off: the standard cooling-off period applies to finance agreements.
Clarity & aftercare
- No surprises: what's included is clear in writing, and any extras like scaffolding are discussed before you commit. Flats usually suit battery storage rather than panels, and we can't fit 3-phase meter properties. We say so upfront.
- Checked by the directors: engineers photograph key stages of every install, and our directors review the photos to sign off the workmanship.
- Set up and supported: we connect your monitoring app, register you for the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG), and stay on the end of the phone with a 10-year workmanship warranty.
- Recycled responsibly: we're legally obliged to recycle obsolete panels at no cost to you (PV CYCLE compliance).
