We confirm your date when you accept your quote, and the on-site installation itself is usually finished in a single day, so your system is generating for you from day one.
Our solar panel installation process begins with a free, no-obligation site survey where we assess your roof, electrical system, and energy needs. We then create a custom design and provide a detailed quote. On installation day, our qualified engineers will mount the panels, install the inverter, connect to your electrical system, and test everything. We handle all paperwork including MCS certification and grid connection.

Scaffolding is typically required for roof-mounted solar panel installations to ensure safe access for our engineers. Typical scaffolding costs range from £500-£750 and will be discussed during your free site survey. This ensures transparency in pricing before you commit to installation.
Most properties are suitable for solar panel installation, but we assess each roof individually during our site survey. Factors we consider include roof orientation (south-facing is ideal, but east and west also work well), available space, structural integrity, and shading. Currently, we are not able to install solar for flats or properties with 3-phase electricity meters.
Your solar panel installation includes comprehensive warranties: a 25-year product warranty on the panels, a 10-year workmanship warranty on installation, and insurance-backed guarantees. Our systems also come with manufacturer app monitoring, mainly from EcoFlow and Alpha ESS (occasionally Fox ESS), that provide frequently-updated performance tracking, system health monitoring, and savings tracking.
After installation, we provide complete setup support including connecting your monitoring app, registering your system for the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG), and explaining how to maximize your savings. We're available for ongoing support and any questions you may have about your system's performance.
Your deposit is insured through the Independent Warranty Association (IWA), and paying over £100 with a credit card triggers Section 75 protection, making your card provider jointly liable if anything goes wrong. We also carry £2,000,000 public liability insurance and provide comprehensive warranty coverage. All our installations are MCS certified, ensuring eligibility for government schemes and maximum consumer protection.
